Hi, I’m Melissa.


I’m an FBR Breathwork practitioner based in Cronulla.


Through the breath, we can meet ourselves more deeply — beyond stress, overwhelm, or old patterns — and reconnect with our body, our nervous system, and our truth.

FBR (Facilitated Breath Repatterning) is a powerful yet gentle practice combining connected circular breathing with intentional touch and attunement. It’s a space for you to release, reset, and remember who you are.

What is FBR Breathwork?

Facilitated Breath Repatterning is more than just breathing.
It’s:

A way to regulate your nervous system

A tool to release stored stress and tension

A practice of remembering yourself, layer by layer

Supported with intentional touch + presence for deeper integration

Whether this is your first time or you’ve journeyed before, you’re welcome exactly as you are — no prior experience is needed.

My Approach​

I guide one-to-one sessions, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to meet yourself more deeply through the breath.

My sessions are gentle, trauma-informed, and grounded in nervous system science. I create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your breath and reconnect with your body — whether you’re managing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or just wanting a deeper sense of calm and clarity.

I hold space for both the science of nervous system regulation and the spirituality of remembering yourself — a balance of grounding and expansion.
